Refund Policy

Introduction

Rent Easter Bunny demonstrates its dedication to customer satisfaction. A refund or partial refund may be available to those who purchased services from Rent Easter Bunny if they express dissatisfaction before the service begins at their venue.

Refunds of Services:
The following steps need to be completed to qualify for a refund.

A written refund request should be submitted through the email address [email protected]
You must submit your deposit refund request no later than 32 days after your event date.
You should make an immediate request to Rent Easter Bunny as per the directions provided in the email from [email protected] which you will receive after completing step 1.
The request needs to be completed by the 31st day of the event. Based on the Rent Easter Bunny agreement we have exclusive and reasonable rights to schedule this time for other clients. Furthermore, regarding clients filling out the reservation form over the phone: Clients who choose not to cover unforeseen charges, such as unexpected ferry fares and other transport fees, will be responsible for these expenses. The party organizer is responsible for covering these transportation costs.
Clients who pay cash for the event are eligible for a full refund if they submit a refund request prior to the service beginning.
A refund request submitted before the 32-day mark will result in a refund minus a $75 customer servicing fee.

Non-refundable Items/services:
All purchased items listed as non-refundable on https://renteasterbunny.com

When the Easter Bunny or any other service began performing at the event the item became non-refundable.
